Thank you Dan. You have opened my eyes to how I can incorporate meditation and reflection is small way in daily life. I do need to work on making time for longer more focused periods of meditation but I do have hope. Knowing I can easily meditate for 10 min is a great start. I was also surprised how much we worked muscles without a lot of movements and positions but by holding and breathing through positions for a longer period of time.

I am delighted that you shared your talents and knowledge with us. My first intro to yoga was as a teenager when my mom and I would enjoy a PBS program “Lillias Yoga and You” in the 1970’s. It has been a long time since I practiced yoga. Jane has taught me a lot and I am an enthusiast. My core strength and flexibility have greatly improved. It is now time for me to build meditation into my life as I do experience a lot of stress.

I appreciate your non-judgmental approach and encouragement to start, start again and again, and stay on the journey.

Dan, I want to thank you again, I really found the classes to be valuable. I enjoyed both the yoga, and the meditation exercises; now the challenge is to incorporate them into the other days of the week!
I am based in town, so it is not easy to get out to the suburbs for classes, but I was wondering if you could share (or re-share) your calendar, particularly if there are weekend classes.

Thanks so much for sharing your time and wisdom with us. It was a really interesting experience, and something I will try and keep up in my personal life. Each time we meditated, it seemed to get a little easier to relax (and the time passed quicker) – the deep breathing is something I now find myself incorporating throughout the day (seems to help with stress). So, again, thank you!
